About The Hash
The Becker Sisters...
One day while in the grocery store, Susan stood staring at the frozen food section realizing there were no options for corned beef hash, other than in the canned aisle. This epiphany was a little shocking considering hash was a #1 seller between Susan's restaurants in New Hampshire and Julie's in Northeast Pennsylvania.
With this revelation, both sisters went on to expand their restaurants' hash offerings to include prime rib hash, sweet potato vegan chorizo hash, pulled pork hash, and kielbasa hash. All versions sold like crazy!
They both thought it was a great idea to start offering their hash for home consumption. Their hash is formed into serving-sized frozen patties and conveniently wrapped individually, so they can easily be browned up one at a time. Genius!
Frozen 8 oz patties measure about 3" x 6" x 3/4" thick. Just throw one in a medium-high heated pan, cook 4-5 minutes on the first side, and flip to brown the second side.
